Failed to download files in speech audio audio content creation

Question

I used text-to-speech program in speech audio audio content creation, exported to wav and saved into the library. But when I tried to download the audio file an error message appeared and said: "Jenny Friendly was failed to download.
Error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'status') "

I don't know what was the caused as last week it worked fine. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
