Microsoft graph change notification subscription limits

Hi! My team is going to implement subscription for user's calendar changing events using Microsoft Graph (users/{id}/events) .
As we can see here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/webhooks#notification-endpoint-validation , there is only the limitation for 1000 subscription per mailbox.
Is it right, that we would have no problems with subscription limits, if we are going to subscribe for more than 70 000 users?
