how to make use of Azure Plan 1?

Dear experts,

We were using Azure free version since Day One to synchronize our on-prem objects to the cloud. Now we are exploring further features provided by using Azure Plan 1.
We've subscribed a few pieces of M365 A3 licenses and I was in the impression that these subscriptions could take us to Azure AD Plan 1?
How could we make use of it? I'm not really sure how we can move forward to "upgrade" to Azure AD Plan 1?

Any clue is really appreciated.

Do you know which A3 SKU you have? Many of them should come with Premium P1. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/licensing-service-plan-reference

If you are looking to purchase Azure AD Premium P1 licenses using your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can do this by signing into the admin portal with a Global Admin account and going to the Products section as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/licenses/buy-licenses?view=o365-worldwide&preserve-view=true

You will need to search for "Azure Active Directory" in the search bar under the Product blade itself.

Otherwise if you have a Volume Licensing Plan or Enterprise Mobility + Security licensing plan, you can follow the steps in this article to purchase the Premium license(s). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/active-directory-get-started-premium

Azure AD is licensed per user so depending on which services you want to use and how many users plan to make use of the service, you may need to assign multiple license.
