Why my usb token key doesn't shows up in safenet authentication application

My usb token key doesn't shows up in safenet authentication application despuite the fact that the usb token is visible in my device manager.
I previously made my own search and actions on the topic by reading blogs and going to stackoverflow.
I made many stuff like windows update, new software installations, driver updates, actions on other Windows manager tools etc... etc...
But maybe i missed something.

i then had a meet with Sectigo who didn't find a solutions.
They sent me to Microsoft

I have submitted the question to Microsoft and had 2 calls witn different kind of services which did not find a solution.
They sent me to answers.microsoft

They sent me here.

I would be gracefull if someone could help me.

Maybe this could be too late for you but useful for others.

I just encountered the same issue and it turned out to be because I was connecting via RDP to the windows machine with the Token. It seems that SafeNet auth client does not allow interaction with the token while remotre, as a security measure.
