How create URL to link Word online bookmark.
I cannot find the way to open a Word online, so ending the url with ?web=1, and to a bookmark; with a local Word document the syntax is #bookmar_name.

Thanks Peter for your reply, but this is not my use case; I try to better explain.
I have a document stored on a sharepoint, and I need to reference it through a url; the target of this url must be a Word online document and a bookmark related to that document.
From my feeling, I think that this is not yet been implemented from Microsoft, but I hope to be wrong!

Create a hyperlink to a location on the web
You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu.
Note: If you don't see the Address box, make sure Existing File or Web Page is selected under Link to.
Optionally, type different display text for your link in the Text to display box.
