Lock api failing while implementating edit in excel online viewer

Hi,
we are trying to implement edit and save feature in our excel-online viewer. Started implementation of lock api and trying to test by clicking on edit in browser button but i don't see any logs in our service. I checked office online server logs and there i found these error log
