Hello, I encountered the same problem with high frequency and don't know what exactly is the cause. I think it is a bug that the edge or mac should pay attention to.

Hi everyone,
I am having issues with Microsoft edge where sometimes it works, and then other times the top part of the browser is no longer visible. It makes it difficult to access search bars and anything at the top of the website. I use a new mac on monterey 12.4.and Edge and my mac are currently updated.
To remedy this, I have closed Edge, restarted my laptop several times, and even restored edge to the original settings.

According to your issue, I tried to reproduce your problem with a Mac, but it failed. As shown in this screenshot, I visited the same website and it displays the top section of the site correctly in Edge (version 103.0.1264.44). On the right, the scrollbars are also correctly displayed and working (but I don't see it in the screen recording you provided.).
What is the version of Edge where the problem occurs? Does this problem occur with the specific web site (try some other sites)? You can try clearing your browser cache, restarting your device to check if this works for you.

Edge is running Version 110.0.1587.63 (Official build) (arm64).
My break-fix so far has also been to shut Edge and restart, but this is annoying when I don't want to restart.

2023-03-10T01:00:50.5866667+00:00 OK new update - I've discovered if you have multiple windows of Edge open, you can actually regain the ability to click in that affected area of the browser window by moving your tab to the other window, and then close the window that had the issue. Perhaps that's a better workaround than having to entirely close and reboot the laptop.
