Microsoft App on iOS issue

I cannot get data from my iCloud backup to my iPhone. The switch on backup is off, and when I turn it on it just says that there is backup and I will override it. There is no button like (import from backup). How can I get back my data? Trusted MS Authenticator hoping that backup will help me out, but I see that I was wrong ;/
