read/unread setting for multiple users on the same email box outlook 365

Good day, anyone can help me with this ?

our company staf is made by 12 people, we all use the same (one) common email (xx@Piepel .it) .
We have the need that everyone can see all the emails.

The problem is tht the first user that read a specific email, will mark it as have been read for all the other users.

Is there an efficient way in order to obtain that each user read/unread status is inpendent ?

i.e. if my collgues read the eamils, but i don't, then on my pc/mobile it will remain mark as unread

We are struggling arnd this

    You could configure this mailbox with POP protocol. For pop mailbox, the read action will not sync. When User A read one email, this email still show as unread for other users.
