Azure Container Instance Connectivity Issues

Hi there,

We use ACI to host servers on demand for our small community. While this tends to work fine most of the time, anyone connecting from Egypt appears to have huge latency (around 300ms) to our instances, regardless of location (we have tested London, Paris, Frankfurt). Using a non-ACI image, they have latency of <100ms.

Is this a known issue for Egypt? Is there anything I can do to improve their experience? Anyone else connecting to the same ACI instance outside of Egypt appears to have an expected latency, it really just affects those within that country.
