RDC for Mac drop down Menu dissapeared?

Hello, i am running RDC for mac and for some reason my drop down menu from the menu bar that allows me to toggle between windows has vanished. all the other users in the office still have their drop downs and this so strange and frustrating. any help would be greatly appreciated.
