Intune Managed Device not recording Sign in Attempts
I've got a device that is registered through autopilot and goes through the provisioning process without any errors. The device shows up in AAD as well as the Intune portals with my user as the assigned owner and admin, but whenever I go to sign into the device it fails out and doesn't record the sign on attempt for my user in the Intune user logs. Does anyone have a clue around what could be occurring or how to remedy this behavior? Microsoft Intune Support said that I needed to reach out to the Azure team as it's password related even though the sign in attempts aren't registering in the console, and I don't have the ability to register support tickets with Azure either.
A local admin account that could be setup as a configuration profile could also in theory do the trick to get logs but I'm all ears for any help here.
