I am trying to look up a ScannedCode in a table named Equipment (with all ScannedCodes stored in column Title), and return the value found in the EQName column.

Sounds easy, but I keep getting error messages. :(

I am using the formula: LookUp(Equipment, Title=ScannedCode, EQName)
