Has anybody come across this issue?

Issue appears to have started after CB 2107 upgrade. I cleared .tmp files under c:\windows\temp, but the issue remains. Seeing multiple reports on the internet. Example - [sup_sync_error_due_to_o365_file_manifest_failure][2] [2]: https://www.reddit.com/r/SCCM/comments/q76um1/sup_sync_error_due_to_o365_file_manifest_failure/

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

Yes. I have already handled the related case before and please review the below case:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/697395/o365-updates-failed-to-download-software-update-sy.html

In addition, please try to install the KB10096997 hotfix if you haven't done before. And then we could try to untick the O365 Products and Classifications on MECM console. Then we could try to sync the updates manually. Last we could add the O365 Products and Classifications back and sync again.

Hope the above will be helpful.

    Have a great day.

    Best regards,
    Rita
