I could't to do the test AZ-900 - onvue didn't work

I had a problem when I was trying to do the test AZ-900.

The questions with list didn't show the options, I couldn't answer 12 questions and I didn't pass.

I asked a lot of times to help for the monitors, I was with problems to sent a message in a chat, even though I could speak with them and explain what it was happening they said to me restart the applications, but didn't solve the problem. The app wasn't working.

I believe there was a log, but no one contact to me.
