Windows server 2016 desktop right click does not open button

HI Engineer,
Excuse me, when I select this computer on the Windows server 2016 desktop, the right button does not have the open button. Is there any way to fix it?

    You could also run the following commands.

    Open cmd as administrator.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    If this doesn't help, I recommend you to create a new user profile.

    • In this System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    • Under User Profiles, click Settings.
    • Click the user profile that you want to delete, and then click Delete.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to right click not working on Server 2016.

    1. Please try to start server in Safe mode and see if you are able to right click it.
    2. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose and also Do the Full system Scan with Virus scanner before uninstalling Antivirus program.
    3. Cleanup below Temp folders
      C:\Windows\Temp
      %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
