Certifcation transcript not apperaing on dashboard

Question

Microsoft Certification ID: 6103910, Completed the AZ-700 exam in second attempt. its not visible on my certification dashboard.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums, I'd suggest raising a question here:
