I wonder how many tftp connections can be made
I wonder how many tftp connections can be made.
We are using tftp for a system we are developing.
The connecting client is the uefi shell environment, and it connects to the server through tftp.I open a tftp server in C#, and periodically update the file to the server.
Currently 24 clients are having problems connecting. As a result of searching for this part, it was found that 20 users could connect in the Windows 10 environment.
Q1) Is tftp (UDP) access limited to 20 users in the Windows 10 environment?
Q2) Is it possible to improve to more than 20 users when changing to Windows Server?
Q3) How many users can access the Windows Server license?
Q4) Is there any guide on the Windows side?
Thank you for answering the questions.
I also wonder if the 20 client limit is necessary for tftp connections. 20 I know that client restrictions are limited when connecting remotely, such as Remotecontrol or Telnet. I'm not sure if this also applies to tftp.
tftp server uses c# library. Since the client is an edk2 UEFI shell environment, it can only use tftp or so. I know that there are no restrictions on the C# library or server HW side.
