Error importing Language Studio project or question answers

Hello everybody.
I would like to duplicate a Language Studio project without importing all the sources and customizing the question-answer pairs again. I followed the steps in the following link
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/language-service/question-answering/how-to/migrate-knowledge-base
but I am having always the same error when I try to import the file:

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

We don't find any bug and I can import sample project well. In this situation, I would highly reccomend you to create a support ticket. Please let us know if you have no support plan, we can enable you a free ticket for this case. If you have a support plan, please share the ticket number to us so that we can track it.
