Server 2019 version 10.0.17763.3113 breaks deployment task sequence MDT

Hello,

I was refreshing our Windows Server images with new updates and I noticed that every time I deploy an image (sysprepped and captured from Windows 2019 10.0.17763.3113) after the OS is installed and the first login takes place the task sequence never finishes.

Symptoms:

1) The 'installation progress' box never shows up during first login
2) The c:\MININT and _SMSTaskSequence folders remain on the c:\
3) The mapped drive to the deployment share remains

I tried it 1500 times using VMs concurrently and it didn't work a single time.

I then downloaded this ISO SW_DVD9_Win_Server_STD_CORE_2019_1809.18_64Bit_English_DC_STD_MLF_X22-74330.iso / 10.0.17763.2114 and simply pointed the task sequence at this media and it worked 1500 times.

Conclusion - something in Windows 2019 10.0.17763.3113 breaks the ability for the scripts to run during the first login.

Someone please report this bug as it is now impossible to get ahold of anyone at Microsoft to report bugs.
