I am asked to generate a report for list of computers installed with Specific Certificate. Please let me know how this can be performed in SCCM.

    Hi, @Boopathi Subramaniam

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

There is no built in report about certificate in SCCM because ConfigMgr doesn't collect any information about certificates.
You may try to use this: http://www.sccm-tools.com/tools/vbscript/vbscript-certificates.html
(Please Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, just for your reference.)

Potentially updated (but still 100% custom, fyi) method to extend hardware inventory to gather certificate information, make sure you read the comments about lessons learned by other people: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/core-infrastructure-and-security/extending-hardware-inventory-for-system-center-configuration/ba-p/570712
