In a SharePoint list, the PowerBI report I published to the list disappeared. How do I get it back?

In SharePoint online, I have a custom list and when I went to the Integrate menu, PowerBI and created a report for the list information, I saved it to the list. It appeared for me then when a team member went out to the list, it disappeared.

The menu clearly states that when I publish this back to the list, everyone who has access to the list will be able to open it and see all of the data you've shared in the report. How can I recover this?

    Hi @Meyer, Trish (Cognizant) ,

May I know if the users have permission to view Power BI report? Embedding a report in SharePoint Online does not automatically give users permission to view the report - you need to set view permissions in Power BI.

The way you embedded the Power BI report is correct, but you still must give access. For detail information, please see Embed with report web part in SharePoint Online.

After giving the permission to the user, check if site members can see the report. If you still have the issue and since the report is generated from Power BI, we’ll suggest you create a new thread in Power BI community.

There is no where to set the permissions when you choose from the SharePoint list menu Integrate//PowerBI//Visualize the list. When you save it, anyone that has access to the list should be able to see it.

    Hi @Meyer, Trish (Cognizant) ,

Please check the permission on your list that who cannot access the report.

Go to you list > list settings > Permissions for this list > Check Permissions

This does not answer it. I created the PowerBI report from the integrate menu. I have full control of the list, so it's not a permissions issue.
