RDS RemoteFX issues

Im sure this has been asked but I cannot find a fix.

I have a 2019 RDS server that has been built for our office staff, it contains office and adobe pro, and web browsing, basic office worker apps. I am testing it with my own account, and i keep getting disconnected every few hours, there is no actual reason, Im local, and its random. I followed guides online, and on here how to disable remotefx, both through gpo and the registry. Im stuck as its still happening, and nothing i do seems to fix it. I have been through the error logs, and attached is the only error i can find around the time of the disconnects.
Would appreciate guidance
