In case you are referring to SmartScreen filter in Microsoft Edge, you may use SmartScreenAllowListDomains policy.

Hi Techies,
We recently enabled the Defender integration for our environment. Unfortunately, users are complaining that they are trying to install some business apps which are being 'Blocked' by the Smart Screen feature. Is there a way to exclude specific apps?
Thanks
Chetan S.
