Sharepoint online infopath error while submitting

I get the below error while submitting an infopath form in Sharepoint Online.
And its intermittent. Sometimes for almost 1-2 months I can submit without any error and all of a sudden I get the error.
Access is appropriate , all the fields are updated. Tried by clearing cache, restarting system. However does not help.

Error:

'The form cannot be submitted.
Invalid file name.
The file name you specified could not be used. It may be the name of an existing file or directory, or you may not have permission to access the file.
An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

    The reasons for this error are complicated, may I know if you are using InfoPath 2010 or InfoPath 2013? Did you use templates? What is the form you submitted? At present, according to official recommendations, it is more recommended that you use Microsoft Power Apps.
