problems during the exam

Hello,

i just had my exam today and something went wrong. I was not able to see the other questions of the exam. I asked help to the support, they were answering but at a moment i couldn't have any response. we've tried to relauch the exam with no success. i'm really disapointed about the running of this exam. i had no help from the examinator. At a moment i was not even able to send them a message.
