Laptop connected to internet but when open app it show no internet connection

Hi,

I’m facing some problem to the connection.
First my laptop is connected to wifi and it work for running YouTube. But when I try to open the message app like WhatsApp, wechat, mail it show no internet connection and for some website it will show connection reset. For example, when I open outlook using browser it still working normally until open the page login mail it will show connection reset.

And I tried to run the window update it also show no internet connection although it connection to wifi

Is this a work laptop?
Is it possible your company has put restrictions on your use of this laptop?
If you’re using a web proxy or if you have an endpoint protection agent installed like Defender it could be blocking your traffic for whatever your administrator chooses to block.

1.Reboot your modem and router.
2 Disable any VPN connections.
3.Run the Windows network troubleshooter.
4. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
