Outlook 365 Junk email filter broke

I'm running Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2206 Build 16.0.15330.20144) 32-bit with all the latest updates. Up until the most recent round of MS critical updates, the Blocked Senders feature in Outlook was working perfectly. My Blocked Sender list contains fewer than 50 entries...some of which block the high-level domain. Now, however, none of the listed blacked addresses are now being correctly handled...e.g., none go the "junk mail" folder. They just remain (annoyingly) in the "Inbox" until manually moved. them

I have tried the following:

  1. Exported the list, deleted all the entries in the Properties Folder and then imported the list (no help)
  2. Changed filtering levels from "No Auto Filtering" to; "Medium" to "High" (no help)
  3. Done a complete (online) Repair of Office 365 (no help)
  4. Made sure that none of the blocked addresses are contained in either my Contacts or in the Safe Senders List (no help)

Has anyone else been experiencing this issue and, if so, any suggestions on a fix?

I have no idea what happened (i.e., certainly nothing that I tried worked), but the Outlook junk email filter is working once again!! Go figure!!

I never was able to add an additional email profile or remove an existing one. However, thank you FaeryFu-MSFT, for trying to help, but at this point, I'm willing to leave well enough alone and to consider this issue "closed".

Mystery solved: I believe that I've located the potential source of the original problem with the Outlook junk email filter not working. The problem seems to stem from a recent update to my ESET Security Suit that apparently activated the ESET SPAM filter add on to Outlook without me noticing it. As near as I can tell, the reason for the Outlook junk email filter beginning to work again was caused by me catching the change and deactivating the ESET add on.

I have since duplicated the problem by restoring the ESET Spam filter and found that, in short order, the Outlook junk email filter ceases to move incoming junk email to the junk mail folder. Turning the ESET Spam filter back off corrects the issue. I'll pass this info on to ESET.
