Can't access my WD NAS over file explorer

Hi,

I am running Win10 Home 21H2.
I have a WD MyCloudEx2 device connected through a switch.
The device is alive on the network.
I can see the media server on windows explorer and access the media from my computer and my TV.
It is also accessible to file history and is being used for backup.
However, the device shares are not visible on Win 10. This is a recent problem... until a few weeks ago it was working well.

SMB1 is enabled.

Thanks,
Ori

Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I can understand you are having issues related to WD MyCloudEx2,
1: Add Windows Credential for WD My Cloud.
    2: Change the Registry Setting.
    3: Enable SMB 1.0.
4: Check SMB Settings and Disable SMB 2.0 & 3.0.
    5. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose. Reference : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-file-explorer-cant-see-my-wd-nas-device/fa55f244-4805-48aa-a1f0-bdb39b81dcfb

Together with a reset of the NAS, it seems to have worked. Thanks.
