Two Microsoft Acconts

Question

Hi Team ,

I have got 2 microsoft accounts , one was linked to my Previous Organisation account. I have registered an exam when i was in the previous organisation.

But now i could not see the older Microsoft Account and I cant connect to that exam. Please advise . I have my exams coming Saturday.

Getting the below error message when i connect to the registered exam.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
