certification non reçue

Question

Bonjour, j'ai passé ce jour la certification SC-900 que j'ai obtenue mais je n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation ni de badge et elle n'apparait pas dans mon portail des certifications.
Pouvez vous me dire comment ça se fait?
