not receiving emails

Just set up an email through outlook and am able to send emails out. However, I am not receiving any emails and senders are saying they get the email returned stating email address is not found. What am I missing here?

    In order to verify your issue, please provide some related information:

    • What type of account are you using?
    • Please let senders try to send email on the web and see if the issue persists.
    • Besides, how did senders add the mail recipient? Via Outlook Auto-Complete feature or manually type the email address?
      If they added the recipient via Outlook Auto-Complete feature, to conduct further researches on this issue, please try manually typing the recipient's email address and see if the issue has any difference.
