- Please let senders try to send email on the web and see if the issue persists.
- Besides, how did senders add the mail recipient? Via Outlook Auto-Complete feature or manually type the email address?
If they added the recipient via Outlook Auto-Complete feature, to conduct further researches on this issue, please try manually typing the recipient's email address and see if the issue has any difference.
