Outlook error 500 can prevent you from accessing your emails and it's usually caused by cache corruption. So, I recommend you to clear your browser's cache.

Hi. I tried to login to my @Karima ben .com email-address via web browser and got a error code 500..
I tried different browsers (firefox, chrome etc) AND different MACHINES, always the same error.. the web versions of word and excel seem to work, but everythig related to outlook (like contacts or calendar) results in the same error.. I was able to login into my microsoft account without problem and enable 2FA, hoping it would fix it - no luck.. Can anyone help? I am not able to contact the support as it tries to direct me to outlook.live.com, which does not work.. -_-

P.S.: Could not find any related "tags" which seem to be a requirment, so not sure if I chose the proper ones.
