Managing multiple accounts

I am having issues managing multiple accounts ie MS accounts, personal accounts and work accounts. seems my files stopped synching and I am having the red cross on some of my shared files. If I do log out will I lose shared files?

    @Anonymous i am a relatively new user, working on MSLE, I had my own personal account BUT had to use institute accounts as well as an MS account to access resources. Once I got started I a having Sync issues with some of my files
