Hi!

I hope you’re well.

I wanted to get in touch not re my account but re my boyfriends- he is unable to access his Microsoft account as he has no phone network at the minute and therefore can’t get the access code to his two factor authentication code and he has forgotten his password. Both his phone and laptop got stolen last week.

It is his work account and he does need access ASAP - is there any possible way that his password can be changed without the phone code? He can provide ID, work details, birthday or any further details it is just very important he gets the account back.

He was unable to ask through the chat as he can’t access his account.

Please let me know if there is a number he can call or a way he can possibly access the account without a working phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much,
Leona
