Thank you very much for your information. I'm trying to install the Windows Media Creation tool, and when I try to install it, it says, "Undoing changes made to your computer," and when Windows boots up, it reverts to the state it was in before Media Creation Tool was run, and says, "Windows failed to install updates in the INSTALL_OS phase." How can I get Windows to install those updates?

    Hello AndrewWissler,

Most typical in the phase of Install_OS phase is that there is an issue with some installation of CU or Drivers. In this case the recommendation would be to proceed with the installation Offline (network disconnected) or:

1.Download the ISO for Windows 11 using the Media Creation Tool.

2.Extract the contents of the ISO to a folder and run the setup.exe ("Run as Administrator").

3.On the Install Windows 11 page, click on "Change on how Windows Setup downloads updates".
    .
4.Select "Not Right Now" and proceed with the Install

Hope this helps with your query,
