User id format of Microsoft account and M365 account

I found that the user id under the M365 account (ex: xxx@X .onmicrosoft.com) is in GUID format, and the Microsoft account (ex: xxx@harsh.com .com) 's user id is a string with a length of 16. It is possible to use the user id format to identidy whether the user belongs to M365 or not.? Thanks
