    You should consult another person on your IT team about conditional access policies. My best guess is that you are marked as a certain "risk level" and therefore have been blocked from using this app.

    Have them check for you on https://aad.portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/SecurityMenuBlade/RiskyUsers and check your risk level.
