How to load do full load and then a increamental load on daily basis from rest api to Azure Sql Database?

Hi Microsofeeee,
I'm new to azure cloud and we very much new to APi environment :-

1) I want to load a historical data from an rest API and then once historical data is load then want have incremental data every half and hour basis!

2)The above image there are multiple tables which will automatically uploaded in the SQL DB.
