unable to provision mysql in germany west central

Hi,

im trying to provision "Azure DB for MySQL" in Germany West Central. Bit its saying my subscription is not allowed to provision there.
This is very confusing because I laready provisioned that service in GWC in the past and all my other ressources are also in GWC.

Any Idea how to solve this?

This error messages says that your subscription does not have the privilege to create few services in Germany West Central region. To overcome this, you need to create a support ticket and our support team can help you with that. Please let us know if you have any other queries or need help with support ticket.

Hi Anurag, thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately my subscriptios is provided by telekomcloud and if i want to open a ticket if have to open it with telekom support.
If i do that it will take weeks to get this solved. Is there an other way to get directly to azure support from MS ?
We need it solved very quick. Could you help us?
