Hi, is there a way to update the a Form Recognizer's firewall, preferably via the REST API rather than through the Azure Portal? Thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for your response. I generally prefer to automate either the deployment or management of resources by leveraging from the REST API as it's platform agnostic, programmatically while not relying on cmdlets or any other overhead.

Second to this would be PowerShell cmdlets, but I favor the REST API as a primary option, where possible/conducive.

I wasn't surprised that the Form Recognizer API/SDK focused on specifically modelling, but I expected more in terms of resource management, similar to other Azure resources.

Understanding the feature isn't yet present, though I'd like to express my interest in seeing this come to fruition. This seem to have also attracted some interest on Twitter, gaining near 1000 impressions, implying others might also like this inclusion materialize:

    Look forward to your response.

    Hello @Simon Magrin

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry currently you need to use Azure Portal to do that -https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/applied-ai-services/form-recognizer/managed-identities

Could you please share your scenario that REST API works better? I can bring your scenario to product group to see if this is possible in the near future.

Sorry for all inconveniences again, I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Yutong
