Can WCF with Client certificate be implemented in Xamarin Forms

We are having server which have SSL - On and Require Certificate enabled , due to this configuration the WCF used by xamarin forms app also get affected and even by attaching the client certificate manually in the wcf , we are still getting 403 - forbidden error , does any body have idea regarding this or any sample implementations .

Could you please provide minimal code needed to reproduce the problem and exact reproducing steps, expected behavior, and how does that differs from the actual behavior?

Does this issue occur on platforms other than Android and iOS?

In normal, 403 Forbidden means you don’t have permission to access directory/file on this server.

Have you checked whether you have permission to access your server?
