SuccessFactors to AD inbound provisioning: global timezone coverage

**Context: **
You run the SuccessFactors to AD inbound provisioning, in a global setup where SuccessFactors is using UTC as the server time.
SuccessFactors is storing only dates for events like termination / Last Working day.

This means that the dates used to provision / deprovision accounts is based upon UTC time zones and not accommodated to service account provisioning processes in other timezones. Updates will be late in timezones prior to UTC and account updates will be too early in timezones later than UTC.
How can this be solved?

Example:
Employee is terminated in SuccessFactors on 30th of June and is inactive as of 1st of July. When the incremental sync runs it will deprovision (inactive) the AD account on July 1st (basically at 7/1/2022 00:00:01 UTC).

I understand you are facing issue to sync the changes due to global timezone coverage.

Azure AD user provisioning service integrates with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to manage the identity life cycle of users. Date Time Fields of Employee Central OData Entities represents UTC Time to keep date and time information consistent after the server migrates to UTC.

Azure AD provisioning does not provide any attribute to update the timeZone. However, SuccessFactor introduce Tenant preferred time zone which is the server time zone before servers are migrated to the UTC time zone. Based on the scenarios, different time zones are used in system including tenant preferred time zone which can access it using Admin center.

We have only one SF tenant (using UTC preferred timezone) which is covering our population in EC globally.
Is there a way in the provisioning setup to workaround the timestamp which is automatically coming from SuccessFactors?

For example:
Date 7/1/2022 will come in as 7/1/2022 12:00 AM from SF as a datetime; could we offset the timestamp with x hours depending on the account to be provisioned?
