customize email for sharing invitation

Have a question on Graph API. I (the API rather) was sending an invitation for sharing a file. The user received the invitation, with "SharePoint App" as the inviter. Is it possible to customize this?

Of course, you can customize the invitation message in the messages property. Invitees will receive an email, and the content of the email will include your username and display the invitation message.

I got the same behavior when the token is issued for delegated user. The "inviter" is the authenticated user associated with the token.

I am using the "client_credential" flow. The token is issued to the "application". In this case, the email recipient see "SharePoint App". In addition, the "message" is not displayed.

I'd like to customize all the text outlined with red-boxes, in the attachment.

When you use the daemon to send invitations on behalf of another user, that user's information is indeed not displayed, because the user is not actually involved in the process. Since the user is not logged in, I think it is reasonable to not display the user information.

Also, "SharePoint App shared "file" with you" seems to be a system prompt message, I'm not sure if it can be customized, it doesn't seem to be possible from my local tests.

The best solution so far is to include user information in the message attribute, I tried it locally, and it actually works. E.g:

"message": "Carl shared a file with you."

In the "daemon" mode, if the "SharePoint App" can be replaced with the app name, that would be enough for me.

On the "message", it is odd my "message" is not displayed. I have "message" set when calling
POST https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/7d90f336-0865-4454-9ab2-00ec88b4596e/drive/items/012D67A3NRP2YQJE3JIBDZKSQNMNQIEVYK/invite.
