2 identical programs one "gb" and one "us"

In the list of applications on my windows 10 system I have
Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 en-gb
and
Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 en-us

both identical in size and with the same code installed on the same date.

Can I uninstall the "us" version or will that action also uninstall the "gb" version or will the action cause problems?

Many thanks

    Hi @Nick Marsden ,
Which language of Office are you using?
Different suffixes represent different language packs, you can remove the language you don't use from list.
