Microsoft Remote Desktop Mac - not saving PCs

I'm currently running MRD for Mac version 10.7.6 (1972). I’m on the new Mac Studio running Monterey.

My issue is, when I close MRD, all of my three PCs don't get saved. The next time I open the program, all the PCs are gone. I have to drag in the exports I've created, which is still annoying bc they don't save your passwords on the exports. So, I have to not only drag in and import the PCs, then I have to add the passwords when trying to login to each computer. It's not a huge deal, but in my previous MRD, I didn't have to do this, the PCs all stayed every time I re-opened the program. Any suggestions?

I was finally able to create a group and save new PCs in MRD in OS X Monterey after much trial and error.
