It would be help find the issue on replication status

More causes because of VSS-related issues:
To troubleshoot further, check the files on the source machine to get the exact error code for failure:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Azure Site Recovery\agent\Application Data\ApplicationPolicyLogs\vacp.log

To locate the errors, open the vacp.log file in a text editor search for the string vacpError.

Ex: vacpError:220#Following disks are in FilteringStopped state [\.\PHYSICALDRIVE1=5, ]#220|^|224#FAILED: CheckWriterStatus().#2147754994|^|

Thanks for your update and im looking for based On OS flavor also like (Windows and Linux) as you shared only Windows Logs and can you share VM replication and Backup related logs for Both Windows and Linux OS..

We don't have that info. (Not to be shared kind of info) over a public forum. May be you can check with azure technical support team by raising a support request.

We just need log path details when ever will face the replication issue we can able to check the errors in log as initial troubleshooting
