Hello,
Today I changed my phone verification number on my outlook account and it turned down that I couldn't access Azure Portal anymore and it tells me that I am in the 30-day security lockout.
When I contacted Microsoft support, they told me to post my question in the Azure forums to see if there was another way around the problem and if I could access to my azure account during the lockdown time.
