Creation of forwarding/redirect rule

Can we customize Creation of forwarding/redirect rule alert in O365 to not generate alert for rule created within the internal/organization or to not generate alert for rule to external but allowed domains.

If yes please help me the steps to do this or guide with some article which will help me to do this customisation.

Not sure if I understand your question correctly.
Do you mean that is it possible to custom create alerts for forwarding and redirecting automatically?
If yes ,here is an official documentation may could help you:

If you want to reduce some of the alerts by modifying the Creation of forwarding/redirect rule, you could try the following settings in SCC:

1.Try to reduce the email notifications it sends. In SCC>Alerts>Alert policies>choose this policy>Edit policy>Daily notification limit>then select an appropriate number and Save.
2.Suppress the email notification. SCC>Alerts>View alerts>choose the one your admin just received>Suppress>then choose the appropriate duration>Save.

Hi Thanks for your response.

1) My requirement is not have alert if someone create rule to forward mail within the domain mean, example - user1@xyz .com create forwarding mail to user2@xyz .com which is within same domain then no alert should be created.

2) user1@xyz forwarding mails to user1@jaswant .com where abc.com is a partner domain and forwarding to this domain is allowed, no alert should be created for approved domains.

Typically whitelisting set of domains where forwarding is allowed.

Hi @Anonymous ,
According to my research ,the default alert policy cannot be changed.
As a workaround, you could disabled this policy and then recreate the new policy for the required alerts.
