I cancelled my Visio subscription but still getting charged. Why & How to make it stop?

I cancelled my Visio subscription 2 months ago but I'm still getting charged. I tried reaching out to Office support but got no response. I also tried calling my region helpline but the number wasn't working? Can anyone guide me how can I make Microsoft Office stop charging me for something I'm not even using?

This is really annoying - I NEED MY MONEY BACKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!
